75 Minutes: Integrated TMJ, Head & Neck Therapy
Description
Jaw tension is often driven or sustained by neck restrictions. This session prioritizes precise cervical and upper shoulder work alongside targeted TMJ techniques. Treatment includes detailed myofascial release of the sternocleidomastoid, scalenes, suboccipitals, upper trapezius, and deep cervical fascia, followed by focused external and intraoral (buccal) jaw release when indicated. Restoring mobility and reducing neuromuscular tension in the neck significantly reduces strain on the temporomandibular joint. Ideal for clients experiencing jaw pain, clenching, headaches, forward head posture, neck stiffness, or stress-related tension patterns. Available for booking in the treatment room only.
